Cecilia Sandström loves experiences and above all experiences that include food and drink in inspiring environments with unforgettable service.

For the past 10 years, Cecilia has been involved in developing concepts for a number of activities within hospitality, project-led the development of these from idea to finished product. This experience has provided insight into the pitfalls that can arise in the development phase and during the establishment process. Now Cecilia M runs a Place with the hope of helping others avoid these pitfalls and optimize their development projects in the industry.

With her degree in economics and sommelier education, as well as several years of experience in restaurant operations, Cecilia can take a holistic perspective and deliver complete solutions.
